This "Olivia D'Windrift home, owned by Curtis Bannister, is located on the privately secluded 14 acre Olivia D'Windrift Estate at Dolphin Head.

Other amenities include a tennis court shared with the rest of the estate.
This home is situated on a quiet cove.   Spend your days laying on the beach enjoying the sun or grab a snorkel and head under to see the beautiful sea life of the Caribbean.

With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath and 2 half baths, this home will sleep 2 to 6 people comfortably.

2 master suites with private baths both with Queen beds (makes two families sharing A LOT easier) ...... Great room pullout is a queen, also air bed, rollaways available for extra guests.......total maximum guests 6

Renold and Janice are the caretakers of the homes on the Olivia d'Windrift estate . Janice, who is without question the finest chef on the island (very reasonable) will prepare a delicious Bahamian feast in your kitchen. Her husband Renold operates a private fishing and diving charter operation (25 ft. Sea Wind) and has an intimate knowledge of the Cat Island marine environment. He never comes back empty-handed! What a wonderful way to conclude a memorable day, a family cook-out with your own catch of snapper, grouper , mahi-mahi , conch or lobster.

An electric barbecue grill is included for your "catch of the day".

Enjoy  having dinner on the wood deck as the moon beams over the ocean.

While beach combing and snorkeling along the beach, you may be lucky enough to find one of the beautiful "Queen Conch" shells.  The natives will nick the shell to remove the meat and throw the shell back into the sea.

Enjoy the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches.

Bring along your favorite spirits.  The Bahamas is THE place to create the most exotic island cocktails.  

Then sit back and enjoy the tranquility.

Try snorkeling or diving right outside the door.  Our private beach is on a reef protected cove.

If you prefer the land, you can relax on the beach.  Or, if you're feeling adventuresome, you can go for a walk on Cat Island's famous "Pink Sand" Beach.
