Note in the picture above the roped off area on the left side of the beach. If you can't see it click on the photo for a larger view. The small roped off area is a sea turtle nest site beside house. If you're lucky you might be there when the baby turtles hatch and scramble their way to the Gulf.

The 6 bedroom/3 bath home will sleep up to 17 people comfortably.
Bedrooms 1 - 4 all have King-size beds
Bedroom 5 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom 6 has 2 Twins + queen sized pullout sofa ....and trundle beds (place anywhere for additional guests)

This fully furnished rental comes complete with everything from linens and kitchen utensils to electronics and a telephone.  We've even included a fax machine for your convenience. Hi-speed internet for your laptop.

Every effort has been made to assure that this delightful home is complete, right down to the baby grand piano!

Want to know just where you'll be staying on North Captiva? Take a look at the photos above. The only way you could get closer to the water is to rent a houseboat!

Getting away from it all means leaving your car too.  Vehicles are not permitted on Upper Captiva Island.  A complimentary golf cart has been provided so you can take advantage of the many amenities available to you.

Choose from 2 large heated swimming pools to swim in at the local club (membership is inclusive).  The pools are only a short golf cart ride away.

We spent five beautiful nights at the Sea Air house on North Captiva Island and can't say enough about it. The house is very clean and large - we slept 14 people quite comfortably. The views of the ocean from the main floor are gorgeous and the location cannot be beaten. Our family had the time of our lives and we're already planning our trip there next year. FRANK

I wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely fabulous vacation at the Sea Air Beach House. The island was amazing. We saw turtles, and dolphins and manatees. We had a wonderful trip to Captiva. We could not have imagined a more perfect trip. The house was great. Todd was extremely helpful. The island was so much fun - the teens had a great time as did the adults. If I could figure out how to make a living down there, we would move - unfortunately, no one appears to need a therapist there - it's too tranquil.

We had a perfect vacation at this house. The location could not be better, right on a quiet and beautiful beach. We fished and watched the sunset outside the home every day. Our children also loved the hot tub.
And we loved the club pool, where we spent hours every day.

Married May 4 on the Beach at Sea Air House. This week was the new beginning for two families - and we could think of no better way to have done it. Each day brought a new adventure - from exploring the neighboring islands on jet skis to finding gopher tortoises on the island. The water was perfect, the weather was warm and the night breezes comforting. Each evening the gloden sun melted into the horizon turning the ocean a molten silver. We look forward to years of celebrating our anniversary by returning to Sea Air. Life is truly blessed. Mark and Kristin.

This Sea Air Lane home is the perfect palce for time to stand still! The relaxing and comfortable feelings that the entire family shares helps forget the pressures of everyday life back home. Dolphins are frequently seen right from the house!  Experience them up close on one of the free sea kayaks.

                    

                         

 

A clear view of the beach allows you to watch your children from the house as they play and enjoy the sun and fun.

Set up your camera because wildlife abounds on the island.  From rare native birds to unusual sea life and exotic flowers; beauty is all around for you to enjoy.

   

                      

White sand and unusual seashells blanket the beaches.  Sand Dollars, Starfish, and live shells are sometimes seen during low tide.  Please leave the live ones in their natural environment so others can enjoy them too.

For your enjoyment, this rental home includes bicycles, sea kayaks, fishing poles, and a private hot tub.
